Hugh Morrow has extensive experience in the areas of information technology, organisational behaviour and business strategy consulting, with a focus on investing in and providing strategic advice to a number of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations through his company, Iconic. Hugh is an Adjunct Professor at Macquarie University where he teaches Social Entrepreneurship and leads the University's Social Benefit Initiative. In addition, Hugh leads the Social Economy Executive Education Network and is a Council member for AusSchool, an independent scholarship fund.

Hugh has worked at the global strategy consulting firm, The LEK Partnership, held a senior role at Westpac Banking Corporation and led his own high tech business, XT3, from concept to commercial success and eventual acquisition.

Hugh has a degree in engineering from the University of Sydney, a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University and is a Yale University World Fellow.
