As the Chief Financial Officer, May is responsible for the management of the Company's finances and the fulfillment of its reporting obligations. May has extensive experience in corporate finance, with specific expertise in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and taxation. May is the CFO and Company Secretary of Q Ltd (ASX: QXQ), and provides corporate finance support on mergers and acquisitions for both Q Ltd and Beconwood Corporate Finance Pty Ltd.

May holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
